Refund Policy

At Aster Organic, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are accurately processed and delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the guidelines below:

Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is physically damaged during transit, please take the following steps:

  1. Inspect the package and its contents immediately upon delivery.
  2. If the damage is visible, refuse to accept the package from the carrier and notify us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
  3. If the damage is not immediately apparent, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photographs clearly showing the damage.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. A detailed description of the incorrect item received
  3. Photographs of the incorrect item

Our Response:
Upon receiving your notification, we will investigate the matter and provide further instructions. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that since we do not offer replacements, our resolution will involve the following:

  1. If the item is damaged, we will refund the full amount to your payment method within 4 business days, after verification.
  2. If an incorrect item is received, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us at our expense, and upon receipt, we will refund the full amount to your payment method within 4 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to request additional documentation or information to verify the validity of your claim.
